My Western art is inspired by my West Texas upbringing. I was surrounded by Cowboys, pumpjacks, stunning sunsets, Oil wells, horses & cattle, and dusty, dessert plateaus. Everywhere you look was an opportunity to create. The landscapes of these small towns allowed me to capture so much beauty from a very simple life. The "westerness" of it all inspires my work to this day.
